The ICAA Ernest A. Sheetz Mentor Award recognizes an advancement professional who has displayed outstanding mentoring skills. The winner will be recognized at the summer conference recognition dinner.
Eligibility
* Any full-time professional at an ICAA member institution.
* Candidates may be nominated by a co-worker who they have mentored within their own institution or by a colleague at another institution, i.e. mentoring does not have to occur between two employees of the same institution.
* Candidates may be nominated by an individual who has had the opportunity to work with a colleague that the candidate has mentored. For example, John hires Beth as a new employee. Beth was trained by Sally at another institution and John is grateful that Beth is such a great self-starter. John nominates Sally for this award because he credits Sally for mentoring Beth and helping her grow professionally.
